About The Ridge at Stonecliff HOA
The Ridge at Stonecliff Homeowners Association is a small homeowners association located in the Willow Creek neighborhood and was built after the initial phases of the Ridge II HOA were completed. This is an associated
However, associate members have no voting rights in WCHOA but may participate in all Willow Creek activities if they choose to become associate members by paying annual membership dues. WCHOA has no legal authority to govern this area. The Stonecliff HOA consists of 18 lots at the northern edge of Ridge Crest Drive and Summit Ridge Drive.

Below is a map of the entire Willow Creek & Ridge II Boundary area. All of the homes in the Ridge II area are also in the Willow Creek HOA. However, not all homes in the Willow Creek HOA are in the Ridge II.
*NOTE: For more information and the deed restrictions for the different sections, please click on the colored sections below. Parts of the WCHOA was annexed into the San Marcos City Limits several years ago. However, a few streets remain in the San Marcos ETJ. The purple dotted line on the map indicates the San Marcos City Limits. Everything outside the line is the San Marcos ETJ.
