Report on WCHOA Annual Meeting
WCHOA received strong support at their annual homeowners association meeting on Sunday, June 2nd. The meeting was held at the San Marcos Police Department Community Room and we had an excellent turnout. With the good turnout plus the proxies submitted or gathered by board members, we easily met the quorum requirement. Thanks to all who attended the meeting and/or provided their proxy.
All of the prior year board members were re-elected plus two new residents stepped up and volunteered to serve on the board for our 2019-2020 year. We are thrilled to welcome Larry Lyles as our secretary and Lisa Walls as one of our vice presidents.
In addition to the year end summary reports, we had some great discussions and also had a lot of terrific door prizes.
