Dear Willow Creek Estates HOA Residents,

Our Annual Spring Garage Sale is scheduled for April 5 and 6 (Friday/Saturday), 2024. We’ll post signs at our three entrance locations and put the flyers in the cup holders. Flyers contain the addresses of those who participate and list some primary sale items. It should be a doozy of a garage sale, so start preparing now. Save the date; additional detailed information will be provided closer to the event date.

Many of you are installing (or have already installed) water barrels. It’s a great idea, and we appreciate water conversation principles. Please consider painting the barrels with the house’s primary color to improve the aesthetic. The barrels will blend in better with your yard and home! Otherwise, your location becomes more like a farmhouse with siloes.

Speeders, beware…racing through the neighborhood at 50 to 60 miles per hour will result in dead deer, crunched vehicles, and much worse. The streets within the HOA are not wide enough for practicing racing techniques.

Most of our residents are walkers, joggers, hikers, and cyclists. Please acknowledge them as you pass by them carefully and slowly–a friendly wave or two is appreciated.

Installing a fence? Ask for advice before proceeding. The HOA will issue Red Tag Notices if something is egregious. We seldom have an issue because most people want to do the right thing.

Annual dues for 2024 are due!! Please pay through PayPal on our website or give us a check (mailing address is PO Box 1883, San Marcos, TX  78667). Some of you may want to pay for more than one year, which is good. (Dues are only $20 per calendar year.) Thank you!
