If you will be unable to attend the meeting, please go to the WCHOA website and print, then complete and send your proxy form to WCHOA, PO Box 1883, San Marcos, TX 78667-1883 or give it to one of the WCHOA board members prior to the meeting. Instructions are included on the proxy form and it is only valid for this one meeting.
We must have a quorum (nearly 50 individual lot owners) in order to conduct an official business meeting. So please, send us your proxy.
